What are we leaving in 2024?
You must change this before you start shaping your body (again).
This is a good time to evaluate what has worked for us this year and what we need to eliminate for the following year. With my clients, I do the evaluation every month. We check what works and whether my clients are able to maintain the change. Then, we examine which practices require lots of extra effort and feel like colossal sacrifices are being made in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
After many years in Fitness Coaching, I have learned that convenience is the most crucial factor when it comes to sticking to goals. If eating particularly healthy foods (broccoli, greens, salmon, etc.), avoiding unhealthy comfort foods (pizza, ice cream, chips, etc.), and working out requires extra steps and lots of mental effort, then quitting will be imminent.
Getting to the gym shouldn’t be so complicated; preparing a healthy lunch and dinner must be simple and taste good so you don’t feel like you’re depriving yourself. Feeling like a victim cannot become a part of this process of lifestyle transformation!
