Why bother to take care of your body?

Behold the hidden treasures of exercise.

Based on my observation, I would say there are two common reasons why people exercise and care for their bodies: 1. To look good, and 2. To stay healthy. However, after two or three months into coaching my new clients, they are amazed and delighted by how many other things (both big and small) have changed, improved, or vanished. I always smile when they start sharing these observations with me. First, I know exactly what they are talking about, and I know how it feels because I went through it as well. Second, I smile because it never fails: these tiny but mighty changes show up every time.

These incredible changes occur on three different levels: physical (body), mental (mind), and spiritual (soul connection). They interact and significantly influence each other: for example, when you lose weight, you have more energy for daily tasks, and therefore, your confidence and work performance improve noticeably.
