Let’s use the “Homo Erectus Mindset” to transform the body’s health and wellness!

The first evidence of being able to control and use fire goes all the way back to Homo Erectus. The control of fire brought significant changes to their lives and to human evolution because of all the incredible benefits the fire provided: warmth and lighting, protection from predators, a way to create more advanced hunting tools, a method for cooking food…you can imagine how important the fire was for Homo Erectus. Therefore, Homo Erectus was driven and determined to keep the fire alive as a means of survival.

But what does this determination to keep the fire alive have to do with you or anyone else who wants to lose weight, speed up their metabolism, or improve their health and overall wellbeing?

The body’s metabolism is like fire: it can be as small and slow as a tiny spark or as big and fast as a raging fire. Thus, in order to lose weight, to burn many calories during workouts, or even to burn calories while you watch TV, you need to be “on fire.” The bigger the fire, the more calories and fat you’ll burn.

So, how can we create this fire and maintain it so it never dies?

You need three types of fires to create a big volcano-sized fire.
