What is the most crucial element for losing weight?

Are you curious to know the most important element when it comes to shaping your body, losing weight, and staying committed to healthy and nutritional eating? It is FIRE. When you want to mold the gold into its desired shape, you need fire to melt the metal so you can shape it into whatever you desire. There is no substitute process, unless you use some force — like cutting the metal and forcefully forming a circle out of a square. However, through this process, you will lose precious pieces of metal (the corners you had to cut off to make the circle). That is what happens when we try to lose weight using a cold, unforgiving, authoritarian discipline style. We might achieve the shape, but we also might lose the precious Light\sparks — and without the Light, the shape won’t last too long.

There are four parts to this F.I.R.E., and they are all so equally important that, if even one part is missing, there is no FIRE:

FFood — metabolism

I — Intention — mental desire

R — Radiating Light — glue for the F, I, and E

E — Exercise — burning calories

Let me explain each part of FIRE, in order from the most obvious to the least — or from the most known to the least.
