You can’t expect your new Fitness Program to work without changing this.

As we kick off another new year and new resolutions, I want to share some essential factors that you should (must) consider if your new resolution is to lose weight, gain strength, or improve your overall wellbeing.

This year’s goal is to shape your body, because last year’s resolution didn’t work. And why? Factors might be lack of discipline, not enough time, lost motivation, etc. We have all had these never-ending goals. However, my article is not about the blame game. It is about looking deeper and finding the root cause of your tiredness, lack of motivation, and shortage of time. I will also share tips on how to fix these issues before you start your new resolution so you will succeed this year.

Before you jump into something big, like a new healthy diet or signing up for a new gym membership, I want you to do a little self-evaluation. If you don’t already have these three significant factors in your current daily routine, you need to add them. Why do I think they are significant? I am 100% sure that last year’s resolution failed because you were lacking one of these factors:
