From experience I can confirm!! I used to be scared of becoming too bulky, but still started lifting weights and thought i’d ease up if I got too big. I’m over a year into my weight lifting journey and I still haven’t gotten bulky, just toned which is great!! I started putting on muscle when I started consuming more protein:)
