Are there fitness and weight loss benefits of drinking coffee?
When I talk to my clients (or anyone who is interested in knowing the “secrets” of how I have kept my body in shape and healthy for such a long time), one recurring question is whether or not I drink coffee, and if so, when and how much. I have to admit that, many times, people are surprised when I tell them I drink coffee, because they think coffee is not healthy. They see it as a “forbidden” drink for health-conscious people. So, in this article, I’ll share my thoughts and information about coffee, especially the connection between drinking coffee and shaping the body. Then you can make your own decision about whether or not your body could benefit from drinking coffee.
First of all, before you form your own opinion on the subject, you should understand what coffee is and learn about its properties.
