7 Ways to Improve Your Life Through Mindful Eating
You have likely heard or recently encountered the term “mindful eating.” I have written a post about Mindful Eating and gotten great comments and questions about this topic, so now, I would like to explain the term “mindful eating” from a different angle. Because social media has covered mindful eating so much, we have become immune to the term. More and more often, we underestimate the power of eating while being fully present and being picky about our food choices. In my first article, I associate making the right food choices with connecting to our higher selves. I totally get it: the term “higher self” is not for everyone. It wasn’t for me either, since I grew up as a non-believer, and explaining something to me from a spiritual standpoint used to be a complete waste of time. However, since I strongly believe that mindful eating is crucial for the health, body shape, and overall fitness of our physiques, I want to fully explain the concept or principle of mindful eating as CEO of my body, mind, and soul.
